At Joe and Jane's, we want you to know what to expect after placing an order.
Shipping destinations and cost
We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing and delivery
Our daily order cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after that time are processed starting on the following business day. Processing generally requires 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). After dispatch, standard transit typically takes 6–8 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 7–10 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carriers and tracking
Shipments may travel through USPS, UPS, or another appropriate delivery carrier. Once a shipment is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. See Track Your Order for help.
Delays and delivery issues
Severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. Please check the carrier's tracking updates and contact us if you need help locating a shipment. Check your shipping address carefully when ordering; contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
